Saver Fare: Tailored for budget-conscious travellers, the Saver Fare provides a reliable way to journey between the North and South islands.

  • Booking Changes: Can be made at least 1 hour before departure, subject to availability. No transfers are allowed between fare types.
  • Change Fee: A fee of NZD $20 per vehicle/trailer applies for changes to sailing date, time, or direction.
  • Fare Difference: If a change leads to a fare difference, the additional amount must be paid.
  • Cancellations: There are no refunds or credits for cancellations, including partial cancellations.
  • Late Check-In or Changes within 1 Hour of Departure: These will not result in a refund or credit.

Super Fare: A favourable option for those needing some flexibility, the Super Fare makes alterations more manageable.

  • Booking Changes: Requests must be made at least 1 hour before departure, and new travel must be within 12 months of the original date.
  • Change Fee: There is no change fee for the Super Fare.
  • Fare Difference: Any fare difference arising from changes must be paid.
  • Cancellations and Late Changes: Similar to the Saver Fare, there is no refund or credit for cancellations or late changes.

Flexi Fare: For travellers who value maximum adaptability, the Flexi Fare offers an unparalleled level of freedom in travel planning.
