Role and Responsibilities:

As the National Partnerships Manager, your primary responsibility will be to secure and manage strategic partnerships between brands and drivers. Your goal is to expand our network of valuable sponsors and collaborators, contributing to the growth and success of Speedway nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential partners to establish fruitful relationships in the Speedway industry.
• Present Driven By Dirt’s offerings, showcasing the unique benefits and value we bring to Speedway drivers and fans.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve partnership targets and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with our team to curate compelling sponsorship packages tailored to each partner’s needs and objectives.
• Maintain regular communication with partners to ensure a strong, sustainable, and mutually beneficial relationship.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the Speedway landscape.
• Represent Driven By Dirt at relevant industry events and functions, elevating our brand presence and influence.

Requirements:

To thrive in this role, you must possess a proven track record in partnership development and sales, ideally within the sports or motorsports industry. Your passion for Speedway and your ability to build strong relationships will be the key to your success.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in partnership management or sales.
• Demonstrated success in securing and managing partnerships in a competitive environment.
• A deep understanding of the Speedway industry, its stakeholders, and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets and KPIs.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional service to partners and stakeholders.

Remuneration:
